Denmark is the answer. It is the fifth richest country in the world, the 4th least corrupt nation, the 4th in the happiness league and the 3rd with a population most satisfied with their country. It keeps a low profile and does not invade other countries. It is beautiful in a non spectacular way and one can travel to other European countries with ease.
