From experience they are not a problem to me. Those that I have met are more friendly and less threatening than their non-transgendered peers. Live and let live.

Oh baby that is a loaded question....
I did a research paper for school last year based on that exact same topic. I interviewed people at various major shopping malls in the area, read tons of news articles, and conducted an on-line survey hitting numerous Yahoo Groups at random from every walk of life.
The results showed that as a whole, society has no respect for any one who wishes to express their hidden gender through crossdressing. In some sections, crossdressers are welcomed with open arms, but in many other places, a man in a dress is a moving target.
In short, society does not tolerate Crossdressers.
The paper by the way was reviewed by two Psychologists and received an "A."
As for my thoughts, well since I am a Crossdresser...

Hello
As the Abba song says, "I am what i am". It doen't bother me in the slightest. Be who you wana be and if cross dressing is what makes you the happiest or anything else thats fine by me.
You shouldn't be worrying about other peoples thoughts on the matter. There will always be:-
Those that cant stand it
Those that think your sick
Those that think there must be something wrong with you
those that dont care what others want to do
and general people like me who let other be what makes them happy.
We are ALL human. We are ALL made of flesh and blood. We are ALL different, and in many many ways. If everyone in the world was the same....well i think the world would then be a boring place to live in.
xx Sarah

I think that most people out their will be suprised how many men like to wear women's clothing. So ladies the next time you are doing your washing and come accross some items of clothing that you do not remember wearing...you might not have.....if so don't fly off on one ,ask him ,if he tells you he has been dressing up in your gear try to embrace it... don't make him suppress it,this can lead to all kinds of problems...then what you do is go shopping for a new waldrobe for him and you....What I am trying to say is...Just because your man likes to wear women's clothing it don't make him any less of one...and for you men out their still sneaking around and dressing up when the lady is out tell her if she is cool with it ..it's so much more fun..!!!

i have only ever come across 2 xd in my life thus far and that was back in the 90's when i worked in Tesco. the only thing that really REALLY stood out was the fact that they hadn't shaved!!!! otherwise i wouldn't have noticed.
i myself am very open minded when it comes to an individuals was of life. i dont give 2 hoots if you are hetro, homo, bisex, ts, tg or whatever, as long as that person os content in themselves then thats all that matters ..... isnt it??
as for me, well, after many many years of deep denial ( at times accepting the truth but always ended up burying again), i have finally come to accept the truth about me......... and that is i am transsexual. i have looked into this indepth and from my own conclusion. though presently i am 90% male clothed, 10% of my time i relaxed in my feminine identity. i feel more at ease, calmer, i dont feel anger or frustration, i am at one with myself. the only reason that stops be dressing in women's clothing more is the fact that i have 2 lodgers so is difficult for me. though next year is the begining of my new life.... i am going to start my transition to womanhood.
kinda went off the track a tad there but as i said above, be yourself and no one really cares what you wear at the end of the day. and if they are bothered, well, its down to their own insecurities.
happy christmas, peace. x

Frankly, I feel sorry when I see transvestites and crossdressers. I think they must be very confused. But I've never met one that wasn't a perfectly nice person.

i am a closet crossdresser. love dressing up as a girl at home alone. love lingerie and pantyhose. so smooth and soft.. love pretending i am a girl. never really understood this about myself, but i try not to worry. i just go with it and enjoy..
but nobody knows this about me. and when i live my "normal" life and go to work and hang out with friends, people would all tell you i am a very normal guy..
so, i guess the litmus test here is that most people would think they are normal (but if they find out i am a cross dresser, then who knows?)

I believe they have what it takes to perform on a stage without caring of what people think about them. I also think that many of them are very good actors and actresses. Even if their stage is the corner of a solitaire downtown street. It takes a whole lot of courage to get up every day and perform to the max. the way you all do. Im very proud of you all. God Bless you all.

Well the more there are the less the number of men after the girls. So I'm happy (being a 'standard' male)!
I think that if that's what they want to do then go ahead.
I also think that they are doing it for a reason and if they have a gene that takes them that way then it's going to be difficult to change them.

1) That, judging by your picture, you are one.
2) That they are all evil and should be put to the sword.
Only kidding, I really doubt 90% of the population really care that much what you get up to. I certainly don't.
