It happens sometimes when we sleep too much or lack of sleep never been worry bcause the eyelids will even out in a few days or so. My three month daughter is having the same problem for almost a month already. She always sleep enough and it happened after the redness on her forhead and eyelids but they all gone. How come her eyelids still uneven? Doc. said it's normal, I know that but her eyelids?

She had some redness or a rash on her face, and after it cleared up, one of her eyelids is a little droopy. Did I read that right?

It may be a mild case of what's called Bell's Palsy. It's absolutely nothing to worry about. It's a little bit of damage to one of the cranial nerves, usually from an infection, like that rash. It will probably straighten itself out as she gets a little older. A lot of people have it. In fact, that may be what's going on with yours, too.
