What should you do? Whaddayanuts?? You think your teacher's life is too easy and just wants to complicate it by giving you a hard time for talking in class? WELL YOU DESERVE IT! Class time is her time, not yours. You should utilize your time in class to prepare yourself for a better life. Or do you want to end up bussing tables or washing dishes for a living?
If you try picking a fight with a teacher you are going to LOSE! I don't know what kind of reaciton you get from your parents to behaivor problems in school./ Me, I got my tail kicked and learned that disrepecting my teachers was more embarassing to my parents than bad grades. Nothing worse than having a teacher call my parents during dinner to set up a meeting or to complain about me. It happened ONCE.
My advice, Shut your trap. If you must do something in class to surprise her, then surprise her in a positive manner. BEHAVE! Ask you teacher to put you in a seat by yourself so that you have no one close to be your usual chatter box with. That will be enough of a shock to get yourself back on her good side. Just make your environment as constructive as possible.

You cannot get the teacher back for simply picking on you because you talk in class too much. Chattererers disturb other students. Maybe she has a right to tell you off for talking.

Stop running your mouth so much and pay attention in class. Sounds like you like to get picked on and getting back at your teacher makes you sounds like your in the 2nd grade. Let it go and start talking a more mature control over your actions. People will be more attracted to you if you can just move on.
Good Luck!!!

Show the teacher the respect they deserve and limit your talking to lunch and between classes.

Be quiet in class and stop disturbing others who are there to learn instead of talk. Shame on you.

The best thing I have found is to make smart comments to her about her personality traits. Not mean, mind you, just snarky. For instance, if you're a blonde, and she's a brunette, the next time she says something to you, make some crack like "Sorry, but I guess blondes just really do have more fun." Something like that. However, I will warn you, you must have a quick wit to do this, because most likely she will retaliate. Good luck!
