First of all, a modeling agency wants to see the "real you". That means, wear very minimal and natural make-up (if any at all), comfortable and flattering clothing that is not too overstated and lets them also see the "real you". They evidently like your face so don't hide it by wearing too much makeup.

You will be nervous. That is normal and they expect that. Try really hard in advance to practice some eloquent responses to questions like: Why do you want to be a Model? Why should we sing you to our Agency? Do you have any problem traveling extensively and working long hours? What is your best feature? What experience do you have? etc.

It always helps to practice what you will say, as if you were going on a job interview. Listen, Agencies see thousands of hopeful Models such as yourself. If they are a good and reputable Agency, trust me, they are extremely busy!! You will only have a short amount of time to "sell yourself" to them. Try to be as prepared and natural as you can.

The agency stays in business by booking Models who will not only represent them well, but also make money for them as they will get a 15-20% cut right off the top of whatever you bring in. You will also wait 4-12 weeks to get paid for each job after they've first taken thier cut. It benefits them to sign great Models, so show them why they should sign you!

Most of all, believe in yourself first and foremost. It's a really tough industry with lots of rejection. You'll have to be able to just pick yourself up and move on. Also, just because Storm may not sign you, don't give up. There are plenty of Agencies out there with different criteris for what they look for. Just keep looking.

Good luck!

I've done modelling work. What they look for is very natural individuals. So I'd wear a t-shirt and jeans and minimal make-up (or none). They'll probably take a few photos and try to build up a portfolio. Walk relaxed-shoulders back, hair high and don't stomp. Be friendly and look them in the eye. Don't be too smiley in photos either.....they don't like that! Best of luck!
