Portable game system health problems?

Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.


I have played many systems before including many portables(psp, GBA, etc)...however, the setup and resolution on this game system is so different. I have been experiencing bad symptoms from playing some games.
Mostly whenever I play elite beat or trauma center, I end up feeling like Im about to die of a hard attack.
I have to put the system down until my heart-rate comes down.
It says on the health guidelines, that this should only happen to people prone to Epilepsy.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Should I stop playing these games??

Consult your doctor if you are having this type of issue with your heart and have concern. I have had games that I have become so engrossed with that I get a similar feeling...but it is usually just the intensity of play.
