just like ours but with sauce and gravy on everything. Oh, and they like snails. Even my catfish wont eat snails.

The French bathe only sporadically yet are perfectly happy to eat loaves of bread they've been carrying around under their armpits.

Make of that what you will.

But I must admit that I LOOOOOVE pate de foie gras.

I have no idea of any specific french cuisine dishes. Italian, Chinese, Cajun, they all are easy to identify, not the french.

cassoulet (baked beans with tomatoes, sausage adn duck meat)
poule au pot (kind of boiled chicken with vegetables),
coq au vin (chicken cooked with wine)
boeuf bourguignon ( cooked beef with wine)
fondue savoyarde ( to dip bread into boliing ! cheese )
fondue bourguignone (to dip red meat into boling oil)
hachis parmentier (meat and mashed patatoes)
cote de boeuf (sounds like us t bone a big rosted piece of beef)
tomates farcies (oven cooked tomated filled with meat)
galettes et crepes ( salted and sweet pancakes)
flamenkuche (alsacian kind of pizza without tomatoes)
gratin dauphinois (oven cooked sliced patatoes with cream)
omelette (all kinds mushrooms, potatoes, onions...etc)
huitres (osters)

...Etc
eclair au chocolat /cafe
"Paris-Brest"
Baba au Rhum
all kinds of tarts
The world famous ;) gateau Nantais (my favorite, rhum,spices, and cane sugar cake)

etc....


This was just a very small extract of basic (every day) real french food.
Anyway kids are more and more eat McDonald and Quick s**t !

pate de fois gras-which is goose liver and yes it tastes as horrible as it sounds.
