I am not sure what you are asking, but I will try. You want your Mother to do something and she will not listen to you, but she will listen to her Boyfriend.
If I am right, you need to tell her how this hurts you. Possibly even involve the Boyfriend. You should be more important, and if she feels that this other person is more significant than you are. Than you all need to sit down and discuss the problem.
