hey miguel q....ronaldo doesn't fish for fouls...
no one can keep up with him so the only thing to do to stop him tearing their defence to shreds is to foul him!! make sure u watch football b4 u make stupid allegations.
back to the question.....he was booed at the start of the season after the problem with him and rooney in the eng v. portugal match in the WC. for the most part things are back to normal now...
everyone recognizes him for the footballing star that he is.

Yeah Ronaldo is very unwelcome in the UK. He would be better playing for FC Bayern Munich (Germany) :-D

I can't comment on if people from the UK would or would not welcome Cristiano Ronaldo, but something I do know about the English is that they don't appreciate "wankers".

ya i would totally agree with the m!ronaldo has being excellent this season and has cut down in his playacting.i no he dived once their recently but tats typical of the english media,they will blow it up cos its ronaldo!i see plenty of chelsea diving every game and not much made outta tat!

after the world cup he was booed by every team man untd have played this season, i was at the chel$ki game and he was getting booed pretty bad! but i think hes amazing and is our best player and will definately help us win our trophy this season!

I think that Ronaldo needs to return to the Serie A where he is appreciated for what he is, a young and exciting new talent.

well that depends if your for man u or against. i think one of the reasons why he gets booed everytime he has the ball is that he has a history of being a very good diver, fishing freekicks and penalties from apparently clean tackles. for man u fans, that's great, otherwise, they wish he'd go to hell..
