I don't. I think Hamlet is the biggest wimp in the world. He goes around all day wondering what do I do? What do I do? What do I do?
He needs to grow up make a decision and live with what ever the consequences just like a true man would.

Hamlet (and many other Shakesperian works) delve deep into the human psyche and address many issues that have plagued society since its beginnings. Murder, betrayal, spying, dementia, the meaning of life; it's all rolled into one great story. My favorite section of Hamlet is when Polonius speaks to Laertes, giving him advice on how to live on his own during travels abroad (Act 1, Scene 3).

I *used to* like hamlet because of Mel Gibson... but things have changed.
Hamlet is hard to like in a happy way. He's very... emo.... and... whiney. But, he makes you think. The dark sides of the characters and their influence on each other is very well developed for such a short piece (ok, when performed it exceeds 3 hours). It requires a few readings through to get the depth, but when it hits you you'll fully appreciate it.
