Tables: 8 places/table - need 25 for seating, 4 for serving
Folding Chairs: 200
Grills: minimum 20, 500 sq. in./grill, start early and keep cooked food warm in ovens or food warmers

If you expect rain, plan on tents 20x40 will accomodate 8 tables
Reserve early, make sure tent flaps are available at last minute if needed.

You will need sides, like chips, potato salad, etc.. Keep in coolers.

Beverages will need to be in coolers on ice.

Be sure to reserve all equipment well in advance, especially on popular weekends. You may need more than one rental company. They usually set up the day before and tear down the day after.

Hope this helps!

A bloody big Bar-B-Q to start with, lots of charcoal, a firkin or three of ale, (no lager louts allowed) and about 6 arms.

OH! and don't forget the Apron with bra and panties painted on it and a chefs hat saying 'kiss the Chef' or some such banal expression
