In the cartoon, he's kinda immature, impulsive and doesn't listen before charging in. And he's a sucker for pretty girls.
He doesn't have many real weaknesses- just that his accelerated metabolism means he needs to eat a lot to sustain himself. And of course, he's not super strong or invulnerable or anything like that...

He has a real weakness for pretty ladies, he can't run on ice very well at all, he's vulnerable to mental attack no matter how fast he's running (as long as he's in this dimension), he can't run indefinitely since his power is reliant on his body's needs and he needs to eat large quantities of food periodically, he's somewhat vain, although I don't know as that would qualify as a weakness or not...
