Dont tell her on the phone! Get where you can look at her and tell her how you feel about her. You like her eyes, right? She can then see your sincerity and will admire you for it. You can also give her flowers and tell her. But you need to be where you can look at her beautiful eyes and tell her. That way you can also see her smile too!
