There is a condition but I don't know what its called and you get bumps near your knees.
Its nothing to worry about but It can become painful if the child involved does too much exercise.
This usally happens in between the ages of 10 and 16 so don't worry

there is no reason to worry about knee cancer. there isn't anything around a knee like a lymph node or organ that can get cancer. it is more than likely contracted connective tissue or a pooling of fluid caused by trauma to the area. you didn't mention if he was in any pain which leads one to doubt the claim, but if you can, go to the doctor now.

I have the same thing and am a 25 year old female. The doctor told me it is a calcium deposit and nothing to worry about. If you can roll it between 2 fingers, it is not cancer. My doctor said cancer is very hard to the touch. Good luck!

Its fairly unlikely to be a cancer in a 12 year old, it is more likely to be some type of cyst due to his active lifestyle. Dont panic, the odds are for the goodie not the baddie...;

I smell something "fishy" with your story . MOST boys don't go around talking about their penis size to their fathers ..... However; he is just fine ... actually 5.2 - 5.5 Inches is the size for an Average Adult Male .....
