Generally wholesalers sell only to retailers. You would have to contact manufacturers direct and they would require very large orders. Go to craft shops and ask them to quote a bulk rate for the items you require

Have you tried the outlet 'Hobby Craft' which is a huge craft shop with a multitude of materials?
