OK, the answer depends entirely upon the diamond in question and its relative size in comparison to your cleavage.
Assuming you are an "average" busted lady in the B-C cup range, and said diamond is no more than 1 Carat, then I would suggest that stripping naked on a dark, solid surface under bright lights would be a sensible move.
If you are of a more buxom nature and we are talking about over 2 carats worth of rock, then a double masectomy might be worth considering.
You would in the latter case need to source a proficient and entirely trustworthy surgeon, as to lose both your front bumps, and your rock, would be like walking into bling hell yelling "roast me satan you dirty little boy"
If you are less than a B cup, then quit dreaming, you havent got a cleavage. You have lost your bling, lady. Get over it.
Rather than your benefactor buying you replacement diamonds you might consider a tit-job for Christmas?
