whats my tractor worth?

i have a 1959, john deere model 730. it is in excellent shape. wide front end, 12 volt electrical sys., gasoline engine, dual hydraulic pick ups and power steering. good paint and good power. it does need a new alternator. any ideas, with little work it would be a great collectors piece.

It is probabaly worth about 2 grand maybe a little more if you have the belly mower for it

How many were manufactured?

There are tractor collector shows that you could attend if you think the unit is unique in some way. Otherwise, it's just an old tractor in good shape.
