Only exercising will make your bottom smaller. Leg lifts, running and swimming are great bottom-minimizers.

Don't mind the people telling you to exercise + diet, thats garbage! Buy yourself a pair of Spanx!!! They're either a girdle, tights or pants the somehow make you look at least a dress size smaller and they suck in your stomach too. They're great under skirts and dresses and give the illusion of a toned figure. They're relatively cheap I think around $15 or so.

i would ask an actual trainer. i say that because even though exercising is a good option, some exercises can help give u a nice round, plump bottom. so ask a professional which exercises will give u the actual results u want.

Do squats. Try at 20 at a time and work your way up. I can do 100 now and my butt is tighter so it looks smaller!

There's no way to lose fat in one part of your body without losing it proportionately everywhere, other than with surgery.

Eat less and exercise.
