you should be ok, sometimes your period wil change cycles, which will make it late, if you continue to bleed for more than 7 days, go see a doctor.

You're fine. You probably just ran late. It's common in the winter months to have a longer or shorter cycle.

get a tampon. Aunt flow has come... late but she still showed up it seems.
