I've only done two semesters of college and I was thinking about doing someting like dental hygienist. I know you can do that at a school like western career college. But do you need some sort of degree before going to a school like that?

You shouldn't. Most career colleges are Associates Degree level. That is, you will graduate from there with an AA.

Dental hygiene is kind of a cool field. Have fun!
