What other northeastern Ivy League schools have this?

The Ivy League schools do not accept people into master's programs -- except for terminal programs (like MBA programs). They do not accept part time students.

In the Liberal Arts, the top schools have PhD programs and only accept students to those programs. They give out master's degrees to those who fail to complete the PhD or who elect to leave before completing the PhD.

The better state schools will usually accept students to MA programs and will often let them study part time. Rutgers may be your best choice.

It is unclear if your interest is in teaching with a Masters in Liberal arts. Many of the schools have Masters in Educaiton (even the Ivey's) You might look at Brown which use to have a number of open programs. NYU and columbia also use to have a number.
