Sometimes being a friend is just being there to listen

There is allot of jealousy and competition among females. They will do anything to bring a friend down if they see them doing better than them, even if it mean backstabbing a friend. When all is over and the damage is done look for them be friends again.

Life is so easy in the guy world.

Unfortunately people can't be anything other than what they are. It is human nature to look out for ones self so most people will back-stab a friend to get what they want. You can either accept it as a part of life or get mad about it. In the end you should just do whatever is going to make you the least miserable.

To be honest its best just to be supportive and try and help her deal with the pressure. Cuz a lot of times that happens with friends. Cuz u kno when someone knows so much about u they start to do a lot of different stuff. Try to help when they cant, bring stuff up they shouldnt, tell other people stuff. So u kno even thou it might not be on purpose a lot of times best friends will get into fights n stuff that can't be avoided. What one friend might consider a little detail the other one might no want anyone to kno. Its complicated but yeah being supportive will help a lot.

Frankly, it is because generally speaking... most people just suck!

They are selfish and self-centered and self-serving...

There is a LOT of "self" there and that is the issue... Most people are only really concerned about themselves and even when it comes to friends they only concerned with what the friend can do for THEM not the other way around... Finding good friends can be VERY hard!

It is not the nicest thin to hear but it is the truth...

Just assure her, proving you intend to follow through, that you are there for her and that you REALLY are her friend...

Hmm yes you are right.
Maybe you can tell her that perhaps she is following the old saying "keep your friends close but your enimies closer" Maybe she has an ulterior motive and thats why she was so close in order that she could hit her the hardest...
Hope this helped ya

Guess I've been lucky. None of my best friends have ever stabbed me in the back. That's part of being best friends.

You will find out that down the road they really weren't real friends to begin with.

Immaturity and boredom. You need to rethink your definition of "best friends"
