Pretty sure it's The Rape of Lucretia. It's a classical painting.
Whatever it was, it was certainly intended to depict a rape from classical mythology.
[Just to clarify for those posters who (I think) misunderstood the question: The OP knows the movie is Psycho, but there is a picture on the wall that Norman removes so he can see through to Marion in the shower. The OP wants to know what the picture was.]
