I have placed an order online in mid-July, I was first told the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. After about 4 weeks, I was told to wait for another month due to backorder. After waiting for almost 2 months, I requested for a full-refund, as I have never received my shipment. And they told me that I have to wait for 2 weeks for refund. So I waited, as it sounds reasonable. But I still never receive my refund, so I file a dispute with my credit card. And the credit card turned down my request, as I filed the dispute after 60 days time period since the amount has been charged to my account. I went through Better Business Bureau, but the case is closed too, since the merchant told BBB that he "will" refund my money. I seem running into dead end when seeking for help.

Can anyone please advise me what I can do at this point?

I would be persistent with the BBB and inform them that regardless of what they were told it has not happened. If you do not get results I would ask to speak to someone else there or otherwise make a call and sound as if you are calling to make an initial complaint so someone else can reconsider the case. You can also contact your attorney generals office but it is very unlikely you will receive your money back regardless. In the future Google and carefully research any company you place orders online with.

The website does appear to be fraudulent. I see that this particular site is hosted in Germany, so unless you are in Germany as well, I do not think you will be able to take any legal action. if you did download their software, I would suggest running malware scans to clean your computer up. The last thing you need is to have downloaded a trojan or a keylogger. Be very careful when accessing sites of this nature.
