Limbaugh is never boring. Neal Bortz (sp?) is as occasionally are Laura Ingram and Sean Hannity.
I don't listen to liberal talk radio because I am a rational person (ie, a conservative Republican).

Because most political talk is hosted by boring individuals (i.e., Sean Hannity). While I don't agree with a lot of what he says, Michael Savage's program, "The Savage Nation," is by far the most entertaining show on talk radio. He has a history that goes beyond broadcasting and political commentary, and as a result, his is a far more educational and compelling talk show. You may not agree with a lot of his opinions (many of which are fuelled more by his current state of emotions than his intellectual analysis of the issue), but he is one great broadcaster, and you have to give him credit for that. I highly recommend you check it out.

the vast majority of talk radio shows are "Conservative" shows. They don't really have any relevant issues, so they spend most, if not all, of their time bashing liberals. And that is boring.

Why do people who are bored by talk radio continue to listen to it?

I find the people I listen to very interesting. Maybe you are not listening to someone or something that interests you. Yes, some are very interesting, some very very boring. They all have their niche, and that's how they get their following.
