For the most part there is NO law against targeting advertising to a specific demographic group. As long as you don't discrimminate in the actual sale (or imply an illegal exclusion of certain groups) you have nothing to worry about.

In the US that would be discrimination in advertising and is illegal.
Go to any Real Estate Office and find a Buyer Agent. Some are certified in Maturity Moves.

I don't understand. Are there people who refuse to sell to the over 55s ? Apart from being illegal, why would they do this ?
