You'll need a PS2 emulator.

No, it's not possible. There is no emulator for the PS2 on PCs, and probably won't be until PCs are a whole lot more powerful. Emulating the custom chips in the PS2 is very difficult.

Even if you could it would take a top of the line PC. Software emulation require quite a bit more power that the standard requirements.

yes with a ps2 emulator, but you also need a special chip i think, very illegal
