I came off the pill in November and I haven't had a period since. My boobs are really sore and I get a few stomach cramps every so often. If my cycle hasn't changed I should be every 29 days but at the minute I'm 14 days late. I have been having sex regurly and had one or two mishaps although I have taken one pregnancy test already which was negative. What are your opinions??
thanks

It's common for periods to take some time to return to normal when coming off the pill. The sore boobs etc could also be a result of hormonal changes from coming off the pill.
That said, you are very fertile when you come off the pill. When my period was late not long after coming off the pill, I thought it was just a result of that, but I turned out to be pregnant.
I got a negative test back first time, but then a positive one.
Depending on how recently you did the preg test, you should do another one. If it's still negative, it's probably just a case of giving your body sometime to return to a regular cycle.

If you were on the pill for a while, it could be that you need more time to get your cycle back to regular. But it wouldn't hurt to go to the docs and get a check up. Sounds like you've done enough to make it a worthwhile visit. What about ringing your family planning clinic?

As you only came off the pill in November that will still be in your system, it usually takes around three months to clear. If your worried you should go to see your Doctor and they will be able to give you some answers and investigate what is happening to your body.

go to a clinic to get a test done. how long were you on BC for? Your body could just be adjusting back. Or you could be pregnant. The only way to tell is to go to the dr.

It's possible your body is adjusting to no longer being on the pill.
It is also possible you are pregnant.
Wait another week or so, if your period still hasn't come, take another pregnancy test.
If all else fails, talk to your doctor.
