but theirs something to be said for a little emotional rock to keep you motivated but cant think of any band names? sorry

I haven't really tried this but I hear that a good mix of alterntaive rock and oldies (not like frank sinatra but more like those 80s and 90s songs) help keep people going real well. They say its something about the beat that some of that music has that helps people keep up their energy level n everything.

long dance tracks because they are fast paced and will last more than the average length of a track therefore motivating youo to continue until the song finishes....try finding dance/club remixes of your favourite songs....really does depend on what type of music you're into...

Gym and Tonic is literally a fitness related song lol

Dance music is always good or something up tempo to get you moving. No slow stuff. I'm not a big Dance Music fan but I listen to it at the gym.

I downloaded alot of songs from the different Jock Jams cd's. It's alot of diffenent music they play at different sporting events. That tends to keep me goin when I feel like quittin.

There's a cool song from the movie Ultraviolet, its called "24" by Jem, or something like that, i'm sure you can find it.
