Try revlon colorstay eyeliner. It lasts longer with less smudge and it is a top eyeliner. See this source for why.

Sounds like liquid liner - after you line and smudge, use a small pointy brush and run a coat of the dark eyeshadow over the eyeliner. Do this if the line looks like it stands out too much, it softens it and is a "must do" step for liquid liner - it sets it up for longer wear. You could also try a pencil liner and after lining lightly smudge it with a Q-tip to help it stick better. Good Luck!

Use eyeshadow and a small slanted liner brush- but wet the brush before dipping it in the eyeshadow. As far as the globs in the inner corners, try not to go too far into your lid and corner.

probably, you're not using the right eyeliner. most liquid eyeliners doesn't smear if applied correctly. if you use pencils, most of it smears. try testing the pencil in your handbefore buying it. soft ones, are the most common ones to smear. try something dry when you write it in your hands. then if it's not that soft, then you found it.

Get a better eyeliner (i like clinique's eye liner) and add powder around your eyes to keep the oils from causing it to slide. Maybe you are applying too much.

Don't use that eyeliner. Try a liquid eyeliner (NYC best brand) and you coul also be rubbing it so it smears.

Take a thin makeup brush and wet it. Then use the wet brush and eyeshadow to create a wet eyeliner. Using eyeshadow and a thin brush ensures a thin line and no smudging.

You are probably using a very cheap eyeliner. I would go to someplace that sells makeup and ask them for their reccomendations.

You are probably very oily like me, or you have very teary eyes. That said, try MAC or Dior waterproof pencil. These are the best.
