This question is for the people who know college football and watch it before 1995. We don't need no USC lovers from the Reggie Bush era. People who know there Football. Put all Favoritisms to the side. For the people who followed both teams.

Me: I'm going with FSU of 99. They had a great offense who has the fast receiver. Great O-line, great QB. That No Huddle offense couldn't be stopped. The Defense was great and fast as hell. I really don't think USC couldn't stand a chance. Reggie Bush couldn't do good against a tough defensive team and we all see that at the Rose Bowl against Texas.

04 USC. You start looking at the players they had on that team and how many are in the NFL playing its amazing. 04 was when USC had a great defense headlined with Cody, Patterson, Tatupu. The offense still had all the stars.

FSU 99 was also a powerhouse but I have to give edge to USC. Something in the range of 10 players from the USC team are starters or near starters in the NFL

1)04 USC
2)why do you care about people knowing football pre 95 when you asked a question regarding post 95 teams????
3) your grammar is horrible. unless English is your 2cd language, you should really be embarrassed. use the "check spelling" tab.

your argument for USC losing is that bush would be contained. ok, hes contained. what about the rest of the team? last i recall white was also pretty good. i think they had a qb named leinart, i may be wrong. i think a guy named smith and a guy named jarret were out at wr. there may have been a tight end named byrd. but again all these offensive weapons played no part in the teams success right??

these are not biased statements. these are facts.
USC averaged 38.2 pts per game and gave up 13.0
FSU averaged 37.5 and gave up 15.8
RUSHING: USC 177.4 FSU 122.8
PASSING: USC 271 FSU 302

USC WINS IN 3 OF THE 4 MAJOR CATEGORIES (POINTS FOR, POINTS AGAINST, AND RUSHING ( which was your argument against usc))

The 2004 Trojans were not even the best USC team. The 1972 team was probably the best of all time in college football. Lynn Swann was a reserve on that team.

The difference would have been the team with a defense and that would favor FSU. USC is running into the problem a lot of SEC teams used to have because they put all their best players on offense.

2003 National Champions LSU Tigers. If you look in the NFL you will see why. 11 members of this team are on NFL roosters. Bradie James, Joseph Addia, Devery Henderson, Corey Webster, just to name a few. After that I would say 99 Seminoles.
