I have WR/RB flex position to fill. here are my choices:

WR: S. Holmes, Drew Carter, also avail on waiver Antonio Bryant, Marcus Robinson... any other suggestion for good waiver pick up?

RB: T. Henry, Ron Dayne, D. Williams or avail. waiver Arlen Harris

Any other suggestion?

With flex positions the safe bet is always a RB. RBs typically score more points than WRs, because they tend to get more touches (a good week for a WR is 7 or 8 receptions, but a RB gets at least 15 carries). And the WRs you have to choose from are not all that great. What I would do if I was in your shoes is take a look at who each of those RBs play this week, and play the RB who is matched up against the worse defense.

Not sure on your point system...if its the same for rbs/wrs for yardage per point AND you get points per reception go with marcus robinson from the waiver wire. if there is no points per reception then go with Henry

Dont go with Dayne against NE

Start S. Holmes this weekend because Cedrick Wilson is still out for the Steelers. Your running backs stink. Travis Henry won't do much against the Jaguars.

Go with Ron Dayne... he has been getting more and more carries the past couple weeks
