Bisexual means you like both men and women sexually. However, if someone is married then they have no right to be cheating, either with a man or a woman. A bisexual can be single and date both genders, but if they make a commitment to a partner they have an obligation to stay faitfull and honest.

I don't understand why people immediately assume that being bisexual means you are automatically having sex with members of both sexes. Many people with a bisexual orientation end up only ever having sex with members of the opposite sex. It is neither harder nor easier for a bisexual person to remain faithful within the bonds of marriage than it is for a heterosexual person. In answer to your question, of course it's not a crime. Two people of the same sex cannot marry each other, but that's not what you're asking; you are clearly asking whether it is a crime for a bisexual person to be married to a member of the opposite sex. No.

Do you mean literally is it illegal? Of course its not illegal. I mean, you can't be arrested for it. It might be pretty crappy of someone to know they are a bisexual and not tell their intended spouse before marriage. That is the kind of thing that can sure lead to problems in a marriage. The other person has a right to know that sort of thing before making a huge commitment like that. There are some states that still have laws on the book about unnatural sex acts that could be construed to include various bisexual acts. However, in most states those are not enforced when consenting adults are involved. Almost all prosecutions under those laws are made against adults who have sex with minors of the same sex.

Bisexual is a sexual preference. It has nothing to do with the definition of marriage. Adultery does have a lot to do with marriage. Beyond law, it is more important to consider the partner and their feelings. If there is to be extramarital sex, it must be acceptable to both in the marriage. If it is not agreed upon as okay by the married couple, and extramarital relations occur, than that is by all definitions cheating on the partner. Their feelings are more important than law.

A "Crime"? In the Legal sense, as of today...no. But it should be.
Any perversion of the "normal" order of life, procreation and it's related sexual activities between a man and a woman reflects a very consused, messed up individual that needs love, help and to get involved in a really good Bible based Christian church where they can receive loving support to be free and rid of this sinful bondage. Guarenteed altering the way God established things will only bring DISASTER and GRIEF into your life.

No it is not a crime. It's not wrong in anyway. However, when a bisexual gets married it means that they forsake all others. They may be attracted to people of the same sex but they respect themselves and their spouse enough not to cheat.
It works the same as when hetro- get married. Everyone takes the vow, "You above all others."

No, You are who you are and even if you hide it from others, just like anything else, you still cant hide from yourself. This is a normal thing in life and if you are attracted to both sex's and feel you cant live without the desire to fufill the desires than you should stop hiding the truth from yourself and go for it. Others can judge but the bottom line its your life and your the one that has to live with yourself and deal with the feelings inside if you choose to ignore what you know you both need and want.
One person idea of "o-k" is always going to be different than anothers no matter what the subject. What matters is whats right and o-k for that person and no one else.Tell your friend to do what feels right to them.

It isn't a crime. There are bisexual people, who are married (to one person) - as long as their spouse knows about their bisexuality, and accepts it, it's okay. Otherwise - it's cheating.

I think you have some confusion with your terminology. I do not know how to spell it but there is a term for a person how has both male and female genitalia. It is not bisexual. Bisexual is a person who has sexual feeling for both sexes.
Or I just might not understand what you are asking. Not sure.
