Hmmm, well, the only one armed pitcher I have ever heard of was actually a one hand pitcher. He had a stump on his right hand.
His name is Jim Abbott and he pitched for the Angels, White Sox and Yankees. And incredibly through a no-hitter while in New York.

Jim Abbott was a one armed pitcher who pitched for Team USA, the Yankees and Angels during his 4-5 year career from about 1988 to 1993. He was born with one arm, but moved his glove from his stump, back to his pitching hand after releasing the ball, so that he could field it. Best of luck to you.

The pitcher's name is Jim Abbott who pitched with his good arm while having the webbed part of his glove wedged on his bad arm. After releasing the ball, he would very quickly, stick his good hand in the glove so he could catch any ball that was near him. When he had to make a play at a base, he would take the caught ball, and toss it in the air, so he could fling his glove off. Upon succesfully removing his glove he would snag the ball out of the air with his good hand and throw the ball to the base, to make the play. In my opinion, Jim Abbott is a National HERO to people who are missing body parts like him. He is an excellent role model to people like him. He deserves more recognition because of the dedication he put into the WORLD OF BASEBALL. HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY!

There have been two one-armed pitchers in the majors, and both of them pitched no-hitters.
The one everyone remembers most is Jim Abbott, who pitched for 4 teams over a 10-year span in the 1990s, mostly with the Angels and Yankees:

Abbott, though, wasn't the first to pitch with one-hand. Hugh "One Arm" Daily had pitched in the Union Association and National League over 100 years before, and he threw a no-hitter while a member of the NL's Cleveland Spiders:

teams.
