I had the same problem. That software installs spyware on your computer and can cause pop ups and things like that it can also compromise personal information. If you have an anti spyware program run a scan it not type in spybot search and destroy into yahoo search and go to a website you can download it from that should take care of the problem.

Do a System restore to a date before you downloaded the virusburster. That will keep it from loading all the time. Then go into the control panel and the Add or Remove Programs icon and remove it to get rid of the rest of the files.

Many of the sites give information in such a complicated way and lure people to buy their software for it's automatic removal. Virus burster is a known SmitFraud type of malware and fortunately there is a small free tool available to remove it.
http://viruscleaner.blogspot.com/2006/12/smitfraudfix.html

-Download the tool
-Disconnect from internet
-Disable system restore
-Boot in safe mode
-run the tool
-run your recently updated antivirus program and let it delete whatever it detects as harmful
-restart to boot normally

(For details of how to carry out the above steps read this article

Any program you have already downloaded (installed) on your PC you can remove it in Add/Remove programs in your Control Panel.

You shouldn't have to download another program to uninstall the other.

If you can't uninstall the program from Add/Remove programs, do a System Restore to the day before you downloaded Virusbusters <<

I think your in luck!

Download a copy of AOL Active Virus Shield. It's free and it's based
on the very popular kaspersky lab's antivirus killer.

Not only does it remove viruses but also keyloggers, trojans and
spyware/malware.

It's free and easy to use. There is a download link and an easy to use
