she wants a nike Tshirt for christmas it costs £50 i saw one the same down the market for £5 but it does`nt have the little tick on the breast, so i was thinking to use a marker and draw a little tick on it...do you think she will notice

It's just a shirt, she may not notice. What she is much more liklely to notice is the change in your attitude towards her. You lied to her about money. Plus that little tick you make with the marker isn't going to fade as slowly as the real thing would in the wash. So she will notice, you will just be playing dice with when.

D'oh! If she has a touch and vision impairment you'll get away with it. If she hasn't then your Christmas is gubbed mate. Market quality is all in the feel, or rather the lack of it. Nike stuff just feels better than cheap tat, not much better but it's noticable.

Is she a Nike addict? If so, don't even think about it. If she's not hugely label obsessed and uptight you could, it would be funny! As long, of course, if you spend the remaining £45 on her too.

You should give it to her with out the tick and make her sow on the tick, what else is she there for its your christmas not hers and if she doesn't like that you should have sex with her sister in front of her that'll show her!

yes she will notice not only because of your pathetic drawing but in the quality of the material. nike apparel (i know because i own a lot myself) , the quality of their clothing is unmatched, especially when your trying to pass it off with something you from a street vendor or cheap dime store, i don't know how your finances are but i certainly would think your wife is worth 50 pounds.

If there's any way at all that you can get the real thing, do it!
If you can't afford the real one, DON'T put a tick on with a marker!

Personally i think she would notice. If your going to do that don't make the tick and maybe hopefully she won't notice. At least not right off.

of course!! unless your wife has trouble seeing!! if you can't afford the Nike shirt that she wants, she'll understand and will be happy with the less expensive shirt, but don't try to fool her into thinking that it's the name brand. that'll only make her angry once she does discover what has happened (and she will figure it out...she'll wash the shirt, ya know!!)
