This is not possible. The nearest is 948
75+1=76
76*25=1900
100/50=2
1900/2=950
950-2=948

950 is the nearest I can get
75/25 = 3
2+1 = 3
3 times 3 = 9
9 times 100 = 900
plus the 50 = 950.

When dealing with these puzzles, the key is to get the hundreds first. In this case, 900. The obvious method would be 100 x 9 (but there is no way of getting a 9). So the next method is use the 75. 13 x 75 = 975 (but you can't make 13 easily). So now we try the 50. 18 x 50 = 950 but there is no easy way to make 18, so let's try the 25. 38 x 25 = 950 and that's even less promising. So the simple answer is NO, 947 cannot be made using that combination of numbers

Not always possible to get to the target from the selected numbers. Closest I could get is 948.

75
+1=76
*25=1900
/2=950

100
/50=2

950
-2=948

Sorry, closest I can get is 950.

50*25 = 1250
2+1 = 3 * 100 = 300
1250 - 300 = 950.
