Something very personal and something that will surprise her. A weekend away with planned activities like concerts, dinner etc.
She'll remember that more than jewelry or bath stuff.

I say that you should make her a favorite meal of hers and just set up an allaborately planned enviroment that you think she will like. Maybe get a few small things of no real concern, just show her your love!
