Hmmmm my Christmas bonus this year is that the company I work for wont settle with the union and we are going on strike which sucks so now not only do i not get paid but i have to stand in the bitter cold and picket what a crock of s**t

yes, got a nice bonus thank goodness along with a gift cert. for a ham or turkey. I heard Goldman Sachs is the place to be this year for bonuses. They are giving out over a $billion in bonuses. Some may get $100 million! Could you imagine being able to retire on your bonus??? Crazy!!

I got a vacation check (it's a bi-annual dealie) and a 25$ gift certificate (the maximum they can give that they can get back as a tax break for) that I can only spend in certain places within this county. I'd rather get a raise like the ones we used to get every 18 months, way back more than seven years ago. ):( Stingy b@stards.
Us blue collar slubs have to take what we're given, which usually involves long periods of bending over for the man first.

we get either a turkey, a goose, a brace of ducks or two chickens, a joint of ham, a pork pie and cash (depending - have had £25 when we were a big co and £100 when we downsized) also box dates, some fruit and nuts. Also get extra over day off. So not too bad.
