2 white patches are there on the back of my kid of 7.5 months. What can it be?

Since I don't know if it's dry skin or what exactly it looks like I can't give you a definitive answer. However, occassionaly my son gets small white patches of skin on his body and they eventually flake away. It could be psoriasis or Eczema. My oldest boy was born with it and now he flakes all the time.

No reason not to take the baby to the doctor and see what they say. Worst case scenario they prescribe some cream or medicine to help get rid of it. Least case, it goes away on it's own. If I were you though, I'd take a picture just incase it comes back so that you can keep track of it.

Birth marks. They can be white.

Mine is. And its near my back on the right side. Its just a white spotch about the size of a half dollar and looks like someone kinda ran into me with a paint brush almost.

They also dont develop until about this age, and even later on.

it is a birth mark. sometimes they come out white.
