they appear the same to me.....and im a guy so i am pretty dumb. and i probly missed the bus a lot, ya know??

One way to tell is contact -- eye and skin. If a girl is touching you a lot (this includes playful hitting, or touching your shoulder to lean over you), or looking deep into your eyes, it's real flirting. If she laughs at all of your really dumb jokes, tells you how wonderful you are at (fill in the blank), or calls you all the time, she's most likely flirting. If she leans in towards you a lot, and invades your personal space often, she is probably flirting, but could just be being friendly and/or joking around. Hope that helps!

It's all in the body language. Watch the chick's eyes, they will tell you alot! If it is actually flirting you will be able to feel a connection between the two of you. It's called chemistry!

it depends on the girl. some girls think that any joking around is flirting, others just joke back, no big thing.
i would suggest not making sexual kind of jokes unless you know the girl a little. or you might end up with a crazy stalker chick who thinks you love her! haha!

If you're talking to a girl and she bats her eyes at you and twirls her hair or laughs at every dumb little joke you make...she's flirting and that's your cue to flirt back.
