What format do I write an 200 word autobiography in?

32 and going back to college.. WOOOHOOO! I have no idea about styles of writing. I have to write a 200 word autobiography as an introduction to college class's. Basic information age,location,a little history and what I plan on getting out of my schooling, etc..etc.. If you are going to help me please explain in LAYMANS terms...Think of me as someone who has not been in a classroom setting for over 10 years.. And thank you all so much for whatever responses I get!! Wish me luck...
