You may not be drinking enough or it could be your vitamins. Drink water throughout the day, if it doesn't change, see your doctor. If you have discomfort when using the restroom, call him/her, most likely it's a bladder infection which isn't uncommon during pregnancy.

It could be a sign of a UTI or Bladder infection or A kidney infection. If you concerned it's time to see the doctor.
