I wouldn't have started smoking.
And I would have said sorry quicker.

I would not change anything, because if I did I would be in fact changing the series of events that lead me to the happiness that I live with today. If you change anything, even a minor decision, it can have serious repercussions on every event and state of being thereafter.

This is always fun, most people would say nothing or they would do something about their regrets or their looks (witch dosn't make sense everyone is beautiful and can change if they really want to). Everything happens for a reason and i believe that scince we don't have a second chance at life, everything is perfect as it is, althought it may not seem this way a lot of the time.

I would definitely save my money and pursue my dreams more. I compromised too much. Now, I'm almost 50 looking back on my life's accomplisments. It isn't a very long list.
Oh, three things actually. I would have lived a MUCH healthier life. :)

The first one is I wouldn't have stayed in a 4 year relationship that was going no where and I wasn't happy.
The second would be going straight to college instead of taking a year and half off to "find" myself.

It's tempting to say 'I'd change this or that..', but it's the particular accumulation of experiences, mistakes, luck, and genes that has got me where I am today and where I am today kind of makes up for all the sh*t that went before...
