I have recently broken out in loads of skin spots on my forhead and dey look rank! does ani1 no how 2 get rid of them????????? i drink bout 5 glasses of water a day an it doesn't help.

Try T-tree oil it is very effective. It cleared up my acne when I was young

Really easy. First you have to cleanse, then tone, and then moisturise. Be sure to drink water at all times, keep away from oily foods and rest well. Try to get good brand for the cleanser, toner and moisturiser (Loreal, bodyshop, etc)

If it's an ongoing problem, go on the pill. This is the only thing that ever sorted my spots out, and most of my friends say the same.

tea tre oil defo helps if you want a quick fix however put tooth paste on b4 bed it dries them out defo do not pick or squeeze it only spreads germs, if persists get benzoyl peroxide at docs (does not work for all however and it did bleach my pillow case) or if it persists long term anti biotics help really well had a problem with them my self, i would be careful not to get styling product on them irrates like hell. hope this helps chick x

Go to the doctors, if they are bad enough to get refferd to a skin specal'ist like me and hve creams and pillz they wrk !

Water is good, keep drinking......try Pro-active....I've heard good things about that product. It probably is just hormones and will go away soon....try Pro- active.

Go see your doctor, they might give you a lotion or tablets that will get rid of them really quickly.

it may be your age, or to many sweet things, also worrying about them only makes them worse.
try to relax, and use a skin cleaner and toner.

you mean pimples right? get Clinque anti-blemishing SOS gel, it should do the job goo , give it a week you should see great results. apply thick.
