There are songs associated with Easter, but they are not called carols. Carolling is associated with the English people going door-to-door as a Christmas celebration pasttime, especially since the Victorian era.

They're not called carols at Easter but there are many Easter songs. Do you want the religious ones or the secular ones?

The only two secular songs I am aware of are "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" and "Easter Parade".

There's lots, they're just called songs though. It's a carol because it's about Christmas.

Christmas is about birth and celebrates the beginning of a promise - Easter is about resurrection and the fulfillment of that promise but is tainted by the ultimate cost. The celebration of Easter is more solemn to make the importance and respect of the sacrifice.

Handel's " Messiah " is written for Easter, He wrote the music to celebrate the gift of salvation, and originally it was for Easter Mass. How it got into the Christmas celebration is something I don't know.
Any other music of choir and symphony would have to be searched out by your self.
I wish you well on that.

Because last time I checked... The Easter bunny wasn't born in a manger by immaculate conception to Mary and Joseph. Nor did he come to heal the world join the Christians and Jews and cover the sin's of the world...

Eggs smell... who wants to sing about little colorful supher balls?

trolls off singing... "In my easter bonnet, with all the frills upon it."

I think songwriters know they wouldn't sell as well. There are a few, just mostly sang in churches.
