because it was perishable after picking a tea time hamper I was asked when I would like to have it delivered it should have been delivered yesterday after being on hold to so many people I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED our prize we have always been refused a prize and were very happy to have been given a prize this time we are very dissapointed with your service

Hi,
You don't say which company this refers to, but promises & raffles are two a penny. They might say, you have to be in it, to win it; but more to the point, you have to be in it to lose it....
As with muppet blair, take these promises with a (large) pinch of salt. That'll put up the blood pressure ! Service ? what service ?!?
Just remember, it takes two to tango, but three's a crowd
Now that's what I call an answer, perhaps.
