Think of it this way, you're better off than poor old Humpty Dumpty! He fell off and couldn't be put back together again!
My advice is to always try and have a positive attitude. It's all too easy to get into a rut and become depressed about every damn thing. You CAN condition yourself to be free of stress and worry if only you didn't think about it.

You must wake up and smell the coffee. This is something that you have to fight everyday of your life. It is a battle of the mind because you probably have nothing to do but think. Keep your mind and yourself busy.
You should read a book by Jessie Penn-Lewis "The Battle For The Mind"

no, it is all down hill from here. so you will have to fall and fall and fall until you reach the darkness of despiar, aka the pavement, where you will splat with a massive thud and start leaking cranberry juice over the tiles, and it will drip until you a re a dry husk of a corpse....aaaarrrgggghh
