Hong Kong, there are tailers there that will make you the whole lot - shirts, ties, suits. I am sure they must do business on-line too.

I have all of my dress shirts custom made by Tom James company. You will be assigned a personal representative from the company who will meet with you in person and measure you for a custom tailored fit. i have been extremely pleased with their service and consider the fabrics and style options as value added. Please visit their home page to have a custom fitting. My rep in Atlanta is Peter Baines. I have historically paid just over $100 for each custom shirt depending on the fabric selected and options.

I don't know where you live, but here in Indianapolis, we have a place called The Men's Wearhouse. They have alot of really nice clothing, and very helpful staff to fit your needs.

The cost will vary depending on what you want. Pattern, size, material and accessories will all change the cost. However, don't be afraid to spend a little more on yourself. It will be worth it in the longrun.

Any tailor will do good, will cost you twice to thrice the amount you get a norm factory made shirt selling in a mall.
