I’m per say in the closet. Some of my closest friends as well as my older sister know. However the most important person, my mother, and the rest of society are somewhat clueless. I’m currently in my first relationship with a female. We’ve been together for about a year and a half, and she is starting to let me know how this secretiveness of our relationship is affecting her. She has been very patient, loving, and most important willing to wait for a reasonable time for me to gradually, I guess come out of the closet. I haven't, but I am. I am not ready to come out to my family. Only my closest friends, and sister know. I justgot my first girl friend about 2 weeks ago, and she knows this. Its really hard. I am not afraid of what they would say, but its hard. I wish I knew how to just say, hey MOM . . DAD. . FAM. . I'm a lesbian. Plus by me coming out could/would put me in a lot of trouble with my job! (we'll leave it at that.)

Hell yeah, but at same time she was still with her male partner and me! Yuck, what a emotionally damaged basket case she was! She drank to excess and was doing crack, too. Anyway she moved back to Montreal and I am sooo relieved!

yeah..she never could tell me str8 out she cared about me..once she told me..I miss U sooo much I can't stand being away from U..I was dumbfounded and speachless..she would always be giving me these looks and every1 would tell me she was staring at me on many occasions..but I think I was just confusing her..cause in all aspects she was str8..I just didn't want to be the one to bring her out..so yeah I think she was being secretive about her sexuality and it must of been hell on her..

Yes i dated a female that was secretive about her sexuality...she told me it was because of her family but it turns out it was because she was really bisexual....and became pregnant....so from that point on....no more closeted females for me.....lol....

yes. my first girlfriend wasn't out of the closet with her friends and family and it was very awkward. i am a very affectionate person so it was hard for me to hide how much i cared about her when we were in public. we ultimately had to end our relationship b/c of it.
